Subtiles allow for many possible variations – herringbone, running-bond, or grids to name a few. Mix it up with throwing some square tiles into it or make it random–everything works with Subtiles. Below are a selection of ways we’ve used them so far.
This large-scale project spans the entirety of the new offices of a tech company in Portland, Oregon and includes several Hex rooms and several Subtile rooms, each with their own themes. This herringbone mural spans three offices and a meeting room, and was inspired by Mexican basketry techniques.
So many great things can happen in a running-bond tile configuration. This is a composition made for a couple of adjoining meeting rooms that face a city view and a mountain in the distance.
